A manicure is the tidying and shaping of the finger nails and hands.

The nails are filed to a nice shape making them a similar length and the cuticles are then massaged with cuticle cream and soaked. After about 10 minutes of soaking the cuticles are pushed back and any excess is clipped away using cuticle clippers.

The hands and lower arm are then massaged. To finish, the nails are painted using a base coat, polish and topcoat.

The treatment takes about 45 minutes and should be done every 4/6 weeks.
